Technology and education, truly a power couple! When technology was connected to the
classroom dramatic changes took place.. changes no one had ever dreamt of! New modes
of learning, new learning resources, technology brought in all that and more...
Here are 3 of the newest ways of learning introduced by technology:
1. Padlet: Padlet can be used by students and by teachers. With padlet you can create
an online post-it board that you can share with any student or teacher you want. Just
give them the unique link and you're ready to organise ideas on a virtual class board,
together while apart! Whether it be to arrange class notes efficiently, gather students';
questions, collect news and other information, padlets add joy to the learning
process…
2. Nearpod: Give students opportunities for interaction and immediate feedback by
having them draw on a map or diagram, respond to a poll question, post a note or
image to a collaboration board, or take a multiple-choice quiz. Bring the world to your
classroom by taking kids on a virtual field trip to a national park or a different country.

3. SpiderScribe: Its an online mind-mapping tool where students and teachers can
organize thoughts and ideas into maps, adding text, images, files, geographical
maps, and calendar events to create unique displays of information! It is freeform in
nature, and there are no set templates. Users can draw arrows to connect ideas, or
allow items on the map to remain freestanding, opening up a world of creativity!
These are just 3 ways in which technology can boost a classroom experience.. there are
millions more! Technology has transformed the learning process with the million and one
