There are hundreds of influential people in the tech world. But here I am talking about 3 people immortal to technology. They have made a tremendous impact in our lives.
1. The first person is the CEO of Facebook. Do you know who it is? It’s Mark Zuckerberg! Despite the setbacks of Facebook, it is thriving. This platform appeals to every generation from Millennials to Gen X. Zuckerberg also launched Internet.org, a partnership that solves rural challenges by connectivity. To add on, Priscilla Chan (Zuckerberg’s wife) and him funded Andela to train aspiring engineers. Adding on, Mark donates billions of dollars to help research about deadly illnesses and diseases. Moving back to Mark Zuckerberg’s own technology platform, Facebook uses very unique and powerful algorithms.
2. Next is Elon Musk. Elon Musk is an engineer, investor, and creator of SpaceX, Tesla, and more. A fun fact is that the first reusable rocket was SpaceX! He has a very imaginative mind and is creative. He influences young children and older people by what he does. Tesla accelerates the world’s transition to sustainable energy. Tesla is popular because of it’s charging. All the Tesla models don’t run gasoline/fuel, it runs on batteries.
3. Moving onto the list, Jeff Bezos is next. You have probably heard of him and he is the founder as well as the CEO of Amazon, which he founded in 1994. Jeff has bought Whole Foods in 2017, and The Washington Post in 2013, and founded Amazon Studios in 2010. Amazon is an e-commerce site and is open 24 hours a day. During quarantine, Jeff Bezos has been making extra money, being the richest person in the world. People aren’t going outside during this time due to the pandemic so they are buying more online items such as clothes and foods. They are mostly ordering from Amazon, allowing his network to grow. According to Lifestyle, Jeff Bezos might become the world’s first trillionaire by 2026!
These are the top 3 most influential tech leaders in history in my opinion. Each of them have made a great deal of change in our lives.
